Goodrich To Pay $30M Under EPA Superfund Cleanup Deal
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and aerospace company Goodrich Corp. on Tuesday settled a suit over contaminated soil and groundwater at a California Superfund site where Goodrich produced rocket engines for the U.S. government in a deal under which Goodrich agreed to fund cleanup work for the next 30-plus years that could cost it more than $30 million.
