Real estate developer North Valley Enterprises LLC asked a Nevada judge on Friday to keep open Station Casinos Inc.'s bankruptcy case, saying it had not yet resolved an intellectual property licensing dispute with Station Casinos affiliate Aliante Gaming LLC.
