    Goodyear, Tire Network Deflate Trademark Suit

    The Tire Network Inc. and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. agreed to settle a trademark and unfair competition suit that alleged Goodyear backed out of a proposed settlement over the use of a name and telephone number similar to TTN's, according to a settlement order released Friday.
