    Xcel Cuts Deal With Sinclair In Natural Gas Price-Fixing MDL

    Xcel Energy has inked a deal with Sinclair Oil Corp. to drop all claims from the energy giant that Xcel conspired with others in the industry to fix the price of natural gas in the early 2000s, according to an order filed Thursday in the long-running multidistrict litigation in Nevada federal court.
