    Frustrated Judge Says Apple Can't Escape Patent Claims

    A Delaware federal judge ruled "with some frustration" Tuesday that he couldn't grant summary judgment of noninfringement to Apple Inc. and BlackBerry Ltd. in Unwired Planet Inc.'s suit alleging the companies' mobile devices infringe its patents, saying that it's unclear whether the accused products fall outside the patents' scope.
