    Microsoft Corp. on Thursday eluded a $1 billion antitrust suit filed in New York federal court by MiniFrame Ltd., with a judge dismissing the case after concluding the Israeli PC-sharing-software company had not proven that Microsoft's Windows licensing rules constituted illegal anti-competitive conduct and predatory pricing.
