    Comcast Workers Denied Class Cert. In Wage Suit

    A federal judge in Washington state on Wednesday refused to certify a class of Comcast Cable Communications Management LLC call center workers who filed a wage-and-hour suit against the company, saying it was not clear that all the class members had worked unpaid time each day to get their work done or that they had all been encouraged to work off the clock.
