    Apple, HTC, RIM, Samsung Sued Over Touch Screen Patents

    A Texas company sued Apple Inc., HTC Corp., Research In Motion Corp. and Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. on Wednesday, claiming the companies' smartphones and tablets, including the iPad and BlackBerry Torch, infringed patents covering touch screen technology.
