European Brokers Seek Dismissal From Yen Libor-Rigging Suit
ICAP Europe Ltd. and Tullett Prebon PLC asked a New York federal court on Monday to dismiss them from a proposed antitrust class action alleging they helped fixed yen-denominated Libor rates, telling the court they lack sufficient connections to the U.S. to be included in the suit.
