Apple Says IPhone Service Monopoly Suit Ignores Court Order
Apple Inc. asked a California federal judge on Friday to dismiss a newly refiled class action claiming it monopolized the aftermarket for iPhone services, arguing that plaintiffs disregarded a court order to add AT&T Mobility LLC as a defendant.
