    'Jersey Shore' Star's Contract Suit Against Apparel Co. Nixed

    A Florida federal judge on Monday dismissed "Jersey Shore" star Michael P. "The Situation" Sorrentino's breach of contract and trademark suit against a New York-based apparel company, saying Sorrentino failed to show Florida jurisdiction was appropriate under the state's long-arm statute.
