    A Florida magistrate judge recommended Friday that technology company Magicjack Vocaltec Ltd. not be granted $2 million in attorneys' fees under Octane Fitness in an infringement suit brought against it over a Voice Over Internet Protocol patent, saying the claims were not baseless enough to merit a fee award.
