Toshiba, Vizio Win Wireless 'Thin Client' Patent Fight
A California federal judge on Thursday declared invalid all asserted claims in a patent infringement suit over wireless "thin client" computing technology filed by a Texas-based patent holding company against Vizio Inc. and Toshiba America Information Systems Inc., effectively ending the litigation, according to an attorney for Vizio.
