    A California federal judge issued a preliminary injunction Tuesday banning the low-budget movie once called "Age of the Hobbits" from being distributed under that name, saying the title was an unlawful attempt to cash in on Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc.'s blockbuster adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien's novel.
