    Zynga Ends 'Mafiaville' Trademark Suit Against Imagenesis

    "FarmVille" developer Zynga Inc. asked a Maryland federal judge Wednesday to approve a consent judgment it reached with Imagenesis Corp. in Zynga's lawsuit accusing Imagenesis of infringing trademarks for the plaintiff's popular "Ville" themed games with the defendant's "MafiaVille."
