HUD Overstepped With Controversial Racial Bias Rule
A D.C. federal judge on Monday ruled that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development overreached its authority when it wrote a rule expanding the meaning of discriminatory practices, saying the agency's position was "wishful thinking on steroids."
