    Microsoft Beats Copyright Claims Over Font Use

    A Washington federal court on Thursday tossed a Chinese company's suit claiming Microsoft Inc. unlawfully incorporated copyrighted fonts into computer operating systems, finding a 1995 licensing deal between the parties allows the software giant to use the fonts in any of its products.
