Citi, Home Lending Specialists Reach Deal On OT Claims
Home lending specialists who accused Citigroup Inc. of misclassifying them as exempt from overtime pay told the Second Circuit on Friday that they had reached an agreement with the banking giant to resolve their suit, which included a battle over Citi's individual arbitration policy.

Citi Workers Pause FLSA Class Waiver Fight To Talk Deal
Workers who lodged a Fair Labor Standards Act suit against Citigroup Inc. asked the Second Circuit on Tuesday to suspend consideration of their request for a rehearing of its decision upholding Citi's arbitration agreement prohibiting class litigation, while the parties engage in settlement talks.
