    Colgate Can't Force Asbestos Suits Back To Federal Court

    A Fourth Circuit panel on Wednesday ruled that Colgate-Palmolive Co. cannot evade a provision of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure barring review of an order, remanding back to state court two suits claiming its "Cashmere Bouquet" makeup contained asbestos that made consumers sick.
