Adidas Launches Infringement Suit Against Online Knockoffs
Athletic apparel giant Adidas AG and its affiliated business units filed a copyright infringement suit in Florida federal court Monday aimed at ceasing the sale of goods it claims infringe on its registered trademarks through nearly 100 online stores fraudulently bearing the company's name.
