A Texas federal judge refused Tuesday to consolidate ContentGuard Holdings Inc.'s suits accusing Google Inc., Apple Inc. and others of infringing nine digital rights management and digital content distribution patents, saying the plaintiff voluntarily declined to sue all the defendants together in the same complaint.
