    Gov. Contractor's Co-Defendant Likely Can't Nix Wage Deal

    A California federal judge on Monday said Acclaim Technical Services likely can't stop co-defendant Parsons Government Services from paying $2.15 million to escape claims the companies underpaid workers who role-played Middle East scenarios in U.S. Army training, pushing aside concerns that workers' claims against Acclaim could be pursued by Parsons.
