Life Partners CEO Pushes To Remove Ch. 11 Trustee, Counsel
Brian D. Pardo, CEO of bankrupt life insurance purchaser Life Partners Holdings Inc., lodged an amended bid Thursday to remove Chapter 11 trustee H. Thomas Moran II and his Thompson & Knight LLP counsel, saying they are too close to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which is going after the company for fraud.
