Consumers Say Kraft Heinz Can't Toss False Label Suit
A group of condiment buyers accusing Kraft Heinz Foods Co. of duping customers with labels that say their products are "made in the U.S." when they actually contain foreign ingredients asked a California federal judge on Monday to keep their suit alive, arguing that the company isn't playing by the rules, which don't apply retroactively.
