Nationwide Needn't Defend Cos. In Transit Center Defect Case
Nationwide doesn't have to cover defense costs incurred by a concrete subcontractor and two other contractors in litigation over allegedly poor workmanship at a Maryland transit center, a federal judge ruled Monday, saying the underlying claims aren't covered because they revolve around the subcontractor's own work.
