    Travelers' Faulty Work Exclusion Not Ambiguous, Court Says

    A Maryland federal judge ruled Tuesday that Travelers does not have to cover James McHugh Construction Co.'s cost to replace windows in a Chicago apartment building that were scratched by a subcontractor during cleaning, holding that the faulty workmanship exclusion in the policy is unambiguous.
