States Urge 10th Circ. To Revive Clean Water Rule Challenge
A group of nearly 30 states urged the Tenth Circuit on Tuesday to revive the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's challenge to the federal clean water rule, saying the court is not bound by a Sixth Circuit ruling that circuit courts hold jurisdiction over the claims.
