Comcast Beats Pa. Cable Installers' Antitrust Suit
A Pennsylvania federal judge has tossed a suit against Comcast by two cable installers who alleged the cable giant violated antitrust law by awarding contracts to their competitors and trimming its subcontractor count, saying that an injury only to the installers isn't an injury to the market.
