Printing services company R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. asked a New York federal court Monday to throw out Honeywell International Inc.'s suit demanding $7.6 million for costs associated with hazardous waste cleanup on land allegedly owned by the printing company's predecessors, arguing a combination of conflicting claims and imprecise information undercut the suit.
