    A Michigan federal jury on Friday rejected trademark infringement claims from a decades-old business called The Custard Hut against a rival upstart that similarly sold soft-serve ice cream under the name The Custard Co. and also cleared the defendants on claims of cybersquatting related to the domain name custardhut.com.
