Ex-Herbalife Sellers Fight Bid To Send $1B RICO Suit To Calif.

Law360 (May 15, 2018, 6:02 PM EDT) -- Former distributors for nutrition supplement company Herbalife Ltd. urged a Florida federal court Monday to deny a bid to move their Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act suit, which could result in up to $1 billion in damages, to Central California, arguing Florida is the dispute's “nerve center.”
