Cincinnati Bell Sales Reps Get Conditional Cert. In OT Suit

Law360 (July 12, 2018, 7:53 PM EDT) -- An Ohio federal judge gave conditional certification Thursday to a class of Cincinnati Bell Inc. sales workers who have accused the company of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay them proper overtime compensation.

U.S. District Court Judge Susan J. Dlott conditionally certified a class of all individuals who worked as outbound sales representatives or senior outbound sales representatives while earning a commission and working more than 40 hours per week during at least one work week in the past three years. ...
