Nissan Drivers Will Get 2nd Chance On Engine Safety Suit

Law360, New York (July 12, 2012, 6:55 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Tuesday revived a proposed class action against Nissan North America Inc., saying the plaintiffs' allegations of serious safety risks from vehicles with defective engines were sufficient to withstand Nissan's bid to dismiss the case on the grounds that the vehicles' warranties had expired.
