Amy's Kitchen Cane Juice Suit Revived, Paused For FDA Input

Law360, Los Angeles (July 8, 2014, 4:09 PM EDT) -- A putative class action accusing popular natural foods company Amy’s Kitchen Inc. of misleading customers by labeling sugar as evaporated cane juice on its products was brought back to life by a California federal judge on Monday in a finding that puts the ruling on hold until the U.S. Food and Drug Administration weighs in.
