JPML Urged To Ship 28 Cymbalta Suits To California

Law360, New York (August 18, 2014, 5:51 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in 28 lawsuits who claim Eli Lilly & Co. misled them about the negative withdrawal effects they would suffer when they stopped taking antidepressant Cymbalta, including “brain zaps” and other debilitating health problems, urged the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation on Friday to centralize their suits in California.
