Judge Trims Faulty Shingle Class Action Against Atlas

Law360, New York (December 3, 2014, 7:36 PM EST) -- A Georgia federal judge on Tuesday largely preserved a proposed class action in the multidistrict litigation against Atlas Roofing Corp. over allegedly defective roof shingles, preserving the plaintiff's claims including for fraudulent concealment, but rejecting his unjust enrichment claims.
