Target Will Pay Consumers $10M To End Data Breach MDL

Law360, New York (March 19, 2015, 12:26 PM EDT) -- A Minnesota federal judge on Thursday paved the way for a deal under which Target Corp. will pay $10 million to resolve multidistrict litigation over a notorious data breach in late 2013 that compromised the personal information of up to 110 million consumers.
