Wash. Gov. Moves To Counteract High Court's Epic Ruling

Law360 (June 13, 2018, 7:30 PM EDT) -- Washington Democratic Gov. Jay Inslee on Tuesday directed state agencies to whenever possible contract with businesses that do not require workers to submit to mandatory individual arbitration, following the U.S. Supreme Court’s landmark Epic Systems decision to bless employers’ use of employment agreements that bar workers from bringing class actions.
