Superman Heirs Battle DC Comics Over Copyrights In 9th Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (November 5, 2012, 9:47 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit on Monday heard two appeals in a multimillion-dollar legal battle over the rights to Superman that could decide whether the heirs of the iconic superhero's co-creators can terminate their copyright agreements with DC Comics.
