Morgan Creek Wants Out Of $6M 'Good Shepherd' Award

Law360, Los Angeles (June 12, 2013, 9:14 PM EDT) -- Morgan Creek Productions on Wednesday urged a California appeals court to let it dodge a $5.7 million arbitration award over a distribution deal related to the ill-fated movie "The Good Shepherd," saying a trial judge had erred in finding it was an alter ego of two foreign companies.
