ORDER directing the parties to file a further Joint Status Report with the Court by July 8, 2026 containing more detailed information regarding the status of their settlement discussions, as outlined in the order. If the parties see no path forward to settlement at that time, the Joint Status Report must include a proposed case management plan and schedule to facilitate the Courts efficient resolution of the remaining claims in this action.
