Defendant Genpact LLC's counsel state that they will request the contact information from defendant Genpact LLC and provide it to plaintiff's counsel. Defendant Genpact LLC further requests that the court set a sixty-day deadline for plaintiff to serve defendant Ayush Sharma. Defendant Genpact LLC is DIRECTED to file a status report within thirty (30) days regarding whether and when it provided plaintiff with the requested contact information. Plaintiff is hereby DIRECTED to serve defendant Sharma within the earlier of sixty (60) days from the date defendant Genpact LLC provides the requested contact information or ninety (90) days from the date of entry of this order. The Initial Scheduling Conference currently set for 9/28/2026 is hereby RESET to 1/11/2027 at 01:30 PM before District Judge Dale A. Drozd by Zoom. (Deputy Clerk PAB)
