ORDER ON STIPULATION TO VACATE ENTRY OF DEFAULT AND HOLD FURTHER ACTION ON REMAINING DEFAULTING PARTIES IN ABEYANCE 62 by Judge Anne Hwang. The Court, hereby orders that the entries of default against Defendant BOP LLC (Dkt No. 54 ) and Defendant Coplon's (Dkt No. 56 ) be set aside and vacated. Defendants BOP LLC and Coplon's shall have fourteen (14) days from entry of this Order to respond to the Complaint. The Court further orders that further action on the entries of default against Defendant International Fashion Concepts, Inc., dba Barami (Dkt No. 55 ) and Defendant Italist, Inc (Dkt No. 57 ) be held in abeyance pending the conclusion of the claims involving the answering defendants.
