Joint REQUEST for Ruling on Submitted Matter filed by Plaintiff KNF International Co., Ltd.. (Kim, Mitchell)
Compel
MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS' MOTION TO COMPEL (DKT. NO. 26 ) by Magistrate Judge Autumn D. Spaeth: The Motion is denied for failure to comply with the Court's Case Management Order, the local rules, and the Judge's procedures. The Motion set a hearing before the Court on August 19, 2026. (Dkt. No. 26 .) However, pursuant to Judge Olguin's Case Management Order, all fact discovery must be completed by no later than August 17, 2026. (Dkt. No. 24 at 11.) In addition, the parties incorrectly docketed this Motion as a "Joint Stipulation to Notice of Motion and Motion to Remand Case to Los Angeles Superior Court." (Dkt. No. 26 .) Finally, the parties failed to provide chambers copies of the Motion as required by Judge Olugin's and Judge Spaeth's procedures page and Local Rule 5-4.5. For the foregoing reasons, the Motion is denied and the hearing is taken off calendar. (kh)
