Minute Entry and Notation Order: This civil action came before the Court for a status conference by phone on 03/15/2022 at 2:00 p.m. Kevin Carter appeared on behalf of Plaintiff; Alfredo Amoedo and Christina Corl appeared on behalf of Defendant. The parties updated the Court on their settlement discussions. Defendant SHALL respond to Plaintiff's settlement offer by 03/18/2022. On or before 03/25/2022, the parties SHALL email the Court a status update (black_chambers@ohsd.uscourts.gov), copying the opposing party, to apprise the Court of settlement progress and any other relevant information. Additionally, the Court is informed that Defendant's attorney, Jennifer Ingram, has given sufficient notice to Defendant that she would be withdrawing from this case. For that reason and other good cause shown, the Court GRANTS Ms. Ingram's motion to withdraw as counsel. (Doc. 40 ). IT IS SO ORDERED. Signed by Judge Timothy S. Black on 3/15/2022. (rrs)
