It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff's request for an award of costs in the amount of $29,632.48 is hereby GRANTED and Plaintiff's request for a n award of costs is hereby DENIED in all other respects. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff's request for pre-judgment interest in the amount of $284,396.01 is hereby GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff's request for post-judgment interest at a rate of 3.66% per annum on all amounts above is hereby GRANTED.
