Hitachi Wants Auto Parts Price-Fixing MDL Arbitrated

Law360, Washington (January 12, 2018, 3:52 PM EST) -- Hitachi Ltd. took aim Thursday in Michigan federal court at another piece of the massive multidistrict litigation accusing auto parts companies of price-fixing, arguing shock absorber direct purchasers must be forced into arbitration because of a binding agreement with another company that should be applied to all.
