No Sign $310M Utah Mineral Rights Sale Fixed, Judge Says

Law360 (April 13, 2018, 7:41 PM EDT) -- A Colorado federal judge ruled Thursday that two companies auctioning drilling assets in Utah failed to present any evidence at trial that an oil and gas exploration company convinced a competitor majority-owned by the Ute Tribe to stay out of bidding in what would become a $308 million sale in 2011.
