Law360 (April 16, 2018, 7:02 PM EDT) -- Qualcomm plans on refiling its bid to get Chinese antitrust approval of its $44 billion proposed takeover of NXP Semiconductors, Reuters reported on Monday. The report follows a Friday announcement by the American semiconductor giant that it was extending the offering period related to the proposed takeover. According to Reuters’ report, China’s is the last of nine required government approvals needed to seal the deal.
