Baker Hostetler Atty Bled Philly Firm For Fees, Suit Says

Law360, Philadelphia (July 13, 2017, 7:15 PM EDT) -- The Philadelphia-based personal injury firm Larry Pitt & Associates PC accused a Baker & Hostetler LLP attorney Wednesday of overbilling them as he pursued “weak” antitrust claims against rival Lundy Law LLC over its exclusive advertising deal with a regional transit agency.
